Chrometana - A Free and Open-Source Extension for Windows 10
Chrometana allows you to configure the search engine used by the Windows 10 operating system to be replaced by a different one.
There are multiple reasons why this might be useful. First of all, if you're a fan of the open-source community, you can download the source code and build it yourself, without having to worry about any licenses.
The second reason is that you might want to use a different search engine than the one that Microsoft provides. Maybe you're a fan of Google, but the default search engine in Windows 10 is still Microsoft Bing. If you don't like that, you can change it, but then you'll have to set the new search engine yourself, which is what Chrometana is for.
The last reason is that you might want to use a different browser than the one that Microsoft provides. Maybe you're a fan of Google Chrome, but the default browser in Windows 10 is still Microsoft Edge.
